The #EndSARS protesters have hit the toll gate road of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport toll gate as Nigerians demand a total reform of the entire Police and the scrapping of the notorious Special Anti-Robbery Squad, OYOGist.com reports.
The #EndSARS protest started last week and peaked on Sunday, forcing the IGP Mohammad Adamu to announce the dissolution of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad on Sunday. Nigerians, however, are not satisfied with the terms of the SARS dissolution.
The clauses #2 and #3 in particular irked Nigerian youths who believe that the Inspector General of Police is not taking the #EndSARS protests seriously.
The youths have demanded that Buhari pass an Executive Order banning SARS completely and go on live TV to make the announcement among other police reforms.
