People in New York were reported by CNN to have been taken by surprise on Wednesday when a snow squall rushed and covered the city in a cloud of snow dust.
New York City (NYC) is one of the busiest locations in the world, especially around holiday periods.
According to CNN, the National Weather Service in New York reported that the NYC central park was covered in nearly half an inch of snow after then snow squall.
These types of snowstorms reportedly only last for a short period of time, often around three hours.
