A twitter user, @Sugabelly, has said women in Nigeria owe her for their voice, OYOGist.com reports.
According to her, she has sacrificed and almost paid the price with her life when she called out her abuser and that now, women “benefit” from her sacrifice.
Sugabelly reported in November, 2017 how she was raped severally by Kogi APC guber candidate, Abubakar Audu’s son and his friends.
“Suddenly everybody here is brave enough to tell their rape story.”
“Suddenly everybody here has the guts to call out their rapist on Twitter and tag their handle.”
“I am the reason any of you can do any of those things with support”
Sugabelly claims the reason for her anger lies in the fact that people who have mocked her in the past are now themselves victims of what she went through.
@ushenelo is now @Kingnelo13 who earlier exposed Mayowa Balogun, a talent manager for recording them during a sexual encounter without her consent to do so and went further to share with friends.
