Oyogist has learned that Russian Troops announced that it had declared a ceasefire earlier today in two Ukrainian cities.
According to sources, the cease fire was declared in order to allow humanitarian corridors out of the Ukrainian cities of Mariupol and Volnovakha.
Meanwhile Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has urged his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, to meet him for talks.
