Popular Nigerian Rapper, Folarin Falana a.k.a falz has reacted to the arrest of comedian, Mr Macaroni by Police operatives at Lekki toll gate.
Mr Macaroni Reportedly joined the #OccupyLekkiTollGate protest to speak heainst the reopening of the Lekki toll gate.
While reacting in a series of tweets, Falz opposed the government over its use of force on peaceful protesters.
He wrote;
“Macaroni has been picked up’”
“Thee Nigerian government basically saying they do not want peace oh”
“I am tired of just coping. I am tired of just managing. This is a fucking shithole we are living in and we simply cannot continue like this”They are using this threat of force & violence because they expect that we would naturally fear for our lives, but the life we dey live no kuku get meaning before”
