Herdsmen Attacks: Food crisis to loom in South West – Aare Gani Adams cries out

According to report reaching oyogist.com, the Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yoruba land, Aare Gani Adams, has reportedly noted that there’s going to be food crisis in the South Western region of the country as a result of the onslaught against the farmers by Fulani herdsmen.

Gani Adams noted that the incessant attack on farmer by the fulani herdsmen has made many farmers in the region to stop going to their various farm lands over fear of being attacked.

In his words, he said, “They have discouraged Yoruba people from farming now and if care is not taken within one year, there will be famine in Yoruba land.”
