The Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution (IPCR) has initiated volunteers in network peacebuilding commitment in Zamfara State.
Volunteers were chosen from all parts of the State to fill in as vanguards of harmony in the state.
They are to proceed with commitment with IPCR as for steps taken by the organization to reestablish supportable harmony in Zamfara State.
They would likewise go about as strife early notice pointer screens in the state.

The Director General of the Institute Dr. Bakut T. Bakut initiated the volunteers in Gusau, Zamfara State Capital on Wednesday during a workshop on “Refereeing, Resolution and Peacebuilding in Zamfara State.
“We ought to set ourselves up to ensure that the petulant issues causing strife in Zamfara State are completely tended to,” he said.
Talking at the event, Speaker Zamfara State House of Assembly, Nasiru Muazu Magariya spoke to by the Director Publications and the Secretary House Committee on Security, Adamu Ibrahim Moriki said that the State House of Assembly would uphold the endeavors of the Institute on peacebuilding in Zamfara State.
Additionally, the Hon. Magistrate Security and Home Affairs Hon. Muhammed Abubakar Dauran spoke to by the Director Security and Home Affairs, Zailani Muhammed Kaura communicated the express government’s assurance and pledge to work with the Institute for harmony and Conflict Resolution in handling the security challenges in Zamfara State.
In his comments prior, the Brigade Commander,1 Brigade, Nigerian Army Gusau, Brigadier General Olatokumbo Bello encouraged the Institute to stretch out such sorts of commitment to Katsina and Sokoto States.
