OYOGist.com has learned that popular notorious Zamfara terror gang leader, Dogo Gide, who is known to be behind many of the bandits attacks on communities, especially in Kuyanbana area, has allegedly given the conditions to be met for attacks to be stopped on the communities.

According to reports, Gide, who was alleged to have ties with the terrorist group, known as Ansaru, operating in the Northeast region of Nigeria, denied having ties with the Boko Haram terror group or it’s breakaway factions and blamed the allegation on his rivals contrary to reports.

Gide said that he declined invitations to dialogue with the Zamfara State government because of the allegation that he was a member of the Boko Haram group.

However, the wanted notorious gang leader said he was willing to stop all violent activities by his group and others in the state, if the government ceased air raids on the forest.

“If the government wants peace, I want to see a month without an air raid in this area, I promise you that when this happens, I will stop all terror activities in this area,” Gide promised.

Additionally, Gide said that air raids being conducted by the Nigerian Airforce, were not having the desired effects on the terrorists because terror elements in the forest had mastered how to evade such airstrikes by government troops.

Dogo Gide further said that he was not taking chances of meeting the government in person or staying in nearby towns for fear of assasination but would ensure to hold his end of the bargain if the government true to it words or promise.
