The former Minister for Aviation and staunch APC opponent, Femi Fani-Kayode, following the announcement that President Buhari has recognized Giadom as the APC National Leader, has declared Tinubu’s political ambition over, OYOGist.com reports.

In a post shared on his verified Twitter page, Fami Fani-Kayode analyzed the breakdown of the crisis that rocked the leading All Progressive Congress party and how it all turned out to the disadvantage of party leader, Tinubu.

It’s an open secrete that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is nursing a Presidential ambition come 2023. However, with the crisis rocking APC, and the recent endorsement given to Giadom by Buhari, the former Lagos’ Governor’s chances of achieving that ambition under APC appear slim.

“First Oshiomole is kicked out by the Court of Appeal. Then his preferred replacement, Ajimobi, falls into a coma. Then his arch rival, Giadom, is recognised by Buhari as Nat. Chairman,” Fani-Kayode wrote on Twitter.

Fani Kayode concluded that Asiwaju Tinubu has been thrown under the bus and retired from politics.

“Conclusion: it is over Tinubu. He has been thrown under the bus and retired from politics!”
