First Covid 19 Case Reported In Ondo State

OYOGist.com has learned that the governor of ondo state, Arakunrin Akeredolu disclosed that the first case Coronavirus was reported by the NCDC in Ondo state and the person has been quarantined.

He said; ”we have just received confirmation of our first positive Convid-19 case in Ondo State today. The infected person is currently under isolation and will be monitored. We have activated all necessary protocol to locate all contacts and will be working closely with NCDC.”

Ondo residents begins to panic as they heard the news. They said that the virus that killed different people has entered their state.

I’m an interview with one ondo resident he said; ”our prayer is that as they have reported one case, another should not be reported. Because if this goes on only God know what will happen.”

Ondo State government has assured her residents to keep calm and keep praying.
