Nigeria’s Coronavirus cases now at 97, with 4 in Oyo

The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has on Saturday 28th March confirmed that the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria has reached 97 cases as of 10:40 PM, of 28th of March 2020, OYOGist.com reports.

The report on the NCDC Twitter page read:

“Eight new cases of #COVID19 have been reported in Nigeria; 2 in FCT, 4 in Oyo, 1 in Kaduna and 1 in Osun State.

“As at 10:40 pm 28th March there are 97 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria with 1 death.”

With the new report, Oyo State recorded 4 new cases, while the FCT recorded two new confirmed cases, This brings the number of confirmed cases in FCT to 16 and that of Oyo State to 7.
