A PDP political frontliner and former Vice President, H.E Atiku Abubakar has reacted to the ruling by the Supreme Court nullifying the election of the Governor-elect of APC’s candidate David Lyon, over forged documents presented to INEC by his deputy.
The former VP and PDP presidential candidate congratulated the new Governor of Bayelsa State, Douye Diri on his success as the new Governor of the State and assured Nigerians that Douye had received his counsel and blessings before running for the position.
He said he received the news with gladness and said he is fully satisfied that Douye would deliver all the good of the lands to Bayelsa citizens.
He also congratulated his party the People’s Democratic Party on the win.
