Gory photos of the 4 men that were arrested alongside late Chima Ikwunado who died during interrogation at the hands of men of the E-Crack team of PortHarcourt Mile 1 police station have emerged.

The four men, dubbed #Ikokwu4 who were arrested by police for alleged car theft on December 19 2019, have been released on Wednesday after the Rivers State Department of Public Prosecution (DPP) said no criminal case could be established against them.

Their pictures have emerged and there are several gory bruises of torture, physical abuse and rotting wounds from cuts and injuries all over them.

Chima Ikwunado, unfortunately, lost his life during the torturous interrogation on the hands of the men of the E-Crack team of Mile 1 Police Division, Rivers State Police Command.

When a complaint made by one of the owners of the cars they were accused of stealing came out, not only did it vindicate the four men, but it generated serious public outcry over the torture of the four men and the murder of Chima Ikwunado.

This caused the Rivers State Department of Public Prosecution (DPP) to launch an investigation into the case, whose report later came out also vindicating the men.

Their release was ordered on Wednesday 29th January 2020 after the DPP report came out.
