President Muhammadu Buhari held in reception, on Friday 10 January, 2020, the outgoing Ambassador for Mauritania, His Excellency Ba Abdarrahmane.
Sharing on his Official Twitter account, the president assured the Ambassador of the continued relationship between Mauritania and Nigeria.

“I received the outgoing Ambassador of Mauritania, His Excellency Ba Abdarrahmane, today. The relationship between our two countries is historic. As military Head of State I ensured Nigeria stood with Mauritania, and even today, we still stand closely with them.”
