The Supreme Court sacked the Governor-elect of Bayelsa State and ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to issue a certificate of return to the party with the next most electoral votes and spread required by law.
The order was delivered by a 5-man panel of Judges, led by Justice Mary Odili.
