Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has reacted to the supreme court verdict that disqualified APC’s David Lyon as Governor of Bayelsa and made Douye Diri of PDP the new Governor of the state.
“I congratulate Senator Douye Diri, our party’s candidate in the Bayelsa governorship elections, who is now the governor-elect following the Supreme Court decision today,” Governor Seyi Makinde shared on social media.
“I was privileged to serve as the Chairman of the Chairman of the Bayelsa State Governorship Screening Committee in 2019,” Seyi Makinde Concluded.
