It’s the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) season for recent university graduates, and the hustle and jostle to be deployed to a choice city (typically Lagos or Abuja) have started, OYOGist.com has gathered.
Many unwitting intending NYSC members would become victims of fraudsters promising to secure their deployment to a choice city, and one Daniella Ukeri is the latest notable victim.
Daniella Ukeri’s complaint against Kabiru went viral after she posted it on her Twitter page on Monday night.
“Guys!!! NYSC posted me to Adamawa!! I paid my plug 65K for Abuja or Lagos and he said he was going to shock me!! Kabiru God will judge you!! (sic)” Daniella tweeted.
The post had racked in over 6,000 likes and 2119 retweets as of the time of this report.

While some have expressed their sympathy for Danialle’s situation, others have, as typical of Nigerians on Twitter, turned her plight to an avenue to make jests.
PS: It’s worthy of note that the author of this tweet has come out that it was a lie and fabricated story.
