Oyogist.com has learnt that the Saudi Arabiain former long-serving oil minister, Ahmed Zaki Yamani, has been confirmed dead.
He died at age 90 in London, UK, where he was undergoing treatment.
The news of his death was announced by the Saudi state television, as they confirmed he would be buried in the Muslim holy city of Mecca.
Yamani Served as Saudi’s oil minister for 24 years, starting from 1962 till 1986, but was later dismissed by Saudi King Fahd.
