According to report reaching oyogist.com, former Real Madrid star, Antonio Gento, has reportedly died at the age of 80 after suffering from a brief illness.
Antonio Gento, is the brother of the six-time European Cup winner, Paco Gento, who is an Honorary President at Real Madrid. Antonio Gento played for the Spanish club (Real Madrid) from 1961-1962 winning a Spanish league title and Spanish Cup for the club.
According to a statement released by the club, it reads; “Real Madrid, its president and board of directors, are deeply saddened by the passing of Antonio Gento.
“The club wishes to extend its condolences to all his family, especially our dear Francisco Gento, his friends and loved ones, and all the clubs he represented.”
