The portal set up to receive applications for the distribution of N75 billion Naira for youths investment by the Federal Government under the Nigeria Youth Investment Fund (NYIF) has received over one million applications, OYOGist.com reports.
The portal was opened to the public on the 12th of October, 2020, and has received over one million applicants in less than a month. The President, His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari shared this via his verified Twitter page today, 1st of November.
“Over a million applications have already been received since the 75 billion Naira Nigeria Youth Investment Fund (NYIF) Portal went live on October 12, 2020. This Fund will invest in innovative ideas, skills and talents of young Nigerians,” President Buhari shared.
