Emefiele Reportedly Obtains Court Order To Allow Him Contest For President While Heading CBN

The Governor of Nigeria’s Apex Bank, Godwin Emefiele has reportedly obtained a court order, granting him access to contest for president while heading the Central Bank Of Nigeria, Oyogist reports.

Recall Emefiele had earlier asked a federal high court in Abuja to declare him eligible to participate in the 2023 presidential election.

Emefiele’s request came in a suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/610/2022 and filed on May 5.

However, Three support groups bought him the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential nomination form worth N100 million.
