Prior to its October 1st launch, the central bank of NIGERIA has unveiled its official eNaira website.
A Nigerian will be able to download the eNaira app from either the Google Play Store or the App Store starting October 1st, and fund their eNaira wallet using their bank accounts or cash at a registered agent location, Oyogist confirms.
“When completely implemented, the eNaira would allow Nigerians in rural locations to perform financial transactions utilizing both digital and feature phone devices,” CBN governor, Emefiele said.
