Rivers prophetess dies two days after she was sentenced to life imprisonment for manslaughter

Oyogist has learned that a prophetess, Edna Lovely Worleru, who was sentenced to life imprisonment last week Thursday has been reported dead.

Edna was sentenced last week Thursday, September 16, by a high court for preparing poisonous love portion for her client.

Two days after her sentence began, she died.

The state prosecution council, Chidi Ekeh, who confirmed the death of the prophetess on Monday, September 20, said she died last week Saturday, September 18, after a brief illness.

The corpse of the late prophetess is still yet to be recovered and may not be released to the family.
