Nollywood actress,Tonto Dikeh in a recent post on her instagram has revealed why she went for body surgery, Oyogist.com reports.
The mother of one answering the questions of anyone who might be wondering why she went to a surgery shared a picture of her before and after the surgery to prove why she had to go for surgery.
She wrote:
