Oyogist.com has learned that Four members of the Proud Boys group have been indicted on conspiracy charges in connection with the U.S. Capitol riot.
The indictment claimed that the gang members obtained “paramilitary gear and supplies” including various radio equipment for the Jan. 6 attack.
It also used encrypted messaging applications to communicate with other protesters while coordinating the attack.
Futher investigation into the matter suggests that a channel on an encrypted messaging app called “Boots on the Ground” was used for communication which had up to 60 users in it, including the four suspects.
