Trump Ban: Mexican President accuses Zuckerberg of being ‘arrogant’

According to report reaching oyogist.com, the Mexican President, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, has reportedly accused the Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, of being arrogant after the Facebook boss issued an indefinite suspension of US President, Donald Trump’s social media accounts.

Zuckerberg had on Thursday issued a ban on the US President, Donald Trump accounts saying, “Trump’s use of our platform to incite violent insurrection against a democratically elected government.”

In reaction to the Facebook CEO’s decision, the Mexican President stated; “I read the letter from the owner of Facebook and felt a lot of arrogance, speaking about its rules,” Lopez Obrador told newsmen.

“And what about freedom and the right to information?”

Mexican President, Lopez Obrador, had also earlier condemned the “censorship” by Twitter and Facebook and other high tech companies.

The Mexican President also used the medium to congratulate President Trump’s promise of a smooth transition of power, calling it “good news.”
