Breaking: Ogun Bans Waste Cart Pushers, Says They Constitute Security Risk

According to report reaching oyogist.com, the Ogun state government has reported banned waste cart pushers from operating in the state as they constitute security risk.

The Ogun state government noted that series of security and intelligence report indicted the waste cart pushers in lots of intriguing crimes across the state.

This was made known in a statement released by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Environment and Chief Executive Officer of the Ogun State Waste Management Authority, Ola Oresanya, in the state’s capital, Abeokuta.

“Our people innocently opened their premises and commercial outlets to them for evacuation of their waste but these cart pushers, who are mostly foreigners, collate vital information on how to compromise the security of their premises and pass them to the men of the underworld and sometimes join them to rob and terrorise our people.”

The Special Adviser further urged residents of the state to patronize only waste PSP operators for prompt, effective, structured and better services.
