Nigerian Army Operation Crocodile VI In Bayelsa

According to report reaching oyogist.com, the Nigerian Army has reported launched the Operation Crocodile Smile VI exercise in Bayelsa state.

The Nigerian Army made this known during an event which took place at the Army Super Camp, Ema-Okenema in the Ogbia Local Government Area, Bayelsa state.

During the event, the General Officer Commanding 6 Division, Nigerian Army, Major General Olu Irefin stated that the operation was launched to boost the operational capability of the Army.

Major General. Olu Irefin stated that the exercise would help the army in the combat of incessant security threats in the country such as cultism, illegal oil bunkering, pipeline vandalism and other crimes in the state.

Maj Gen. Irefin declared the readiness of the Nigerian Army to cooperate with other security agencies so as to uphold professional ethics as well as a standard of security operations.
