A viral video seen by OYOGist.com on Twitter shows the moment a military officer started acting crazy in what appears to be the effect of substance abuse.
The man, dressed in a military outfit is seen in the viral video throwing a fit and yelling as he threw himself from the chair to the floor. There were people around him trying to bring him under control, but that doesn’t seem to work.
A voice is heard shouting “make una hold am, na colorada. Bring water, bring water.”
