The Federal Government has taken a new decision to extend the phase two of ease of lockdown all across the country by another one week, oyogist.com reports.
The Chairman of the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19, Mr Boss Mustapha confirmed this on Monday durind the press briefing. The press briefing was held in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The Federal government also released the resumption date for the Schools all across Nigeria. Ben Bem Goong confirmed this by releasing an official statement.
“Secondary schools in the country are to reopen as from the 4th of August, 2020 for exit classes only. Students will have two weeks within which to prepare for the West African Examinations (WAEC) due to start on the 17th of August, 2020,” the statement reads.
