It will be recalled that the governor of the state, his deputy and a former Speaker of Edo State House of Assembly, Alhaji Kabiru Adjoto recently decamped to the Peoples Democratic Party. Governor Obaseki’s intentions is to seek a second term re-election bid.

The speaker has now promised to do his best in making sure that he support Governor Obaseki and his deputy in the next Edo state election.
