OYOGist.com has learned that the former spokesperson to president Goodluck Jonathan, Mr Reno Omokri have advised married men not to celebrate their marriage anniversary but rather celebrate their wife.
Mr Omokri who took to his Twitter page to give the advice stated that men should not celebrate only their marriages on their weeding anniversary. He said that they shouldn’t even celebrate themselves but rather celebrate their wife.
He further stated that woman are the active ingredient of any marriage and that men should not do the things they like on that day, but rather do what his wife likes.
He wrote:
Dear men,
“On your wedding anniversary, don’t celebrate your marriage. Don’t even celebrate yourself. Instead celebrate your wife. Your wife is the active ingredient of your marriage. Don’t do what you like on that day. Instead, do what she likes.”
