Oyo Police Command Nabs Suspected Human Part Sellers

OYOGist.com has learned that the Nigerian Police Force Command in Ibadan, Oyo State on Friday paraded four suspected men who specialised in selling human parts to herbalists and ritualists.

The suspects confessed that each human heads were sold for N20,000, hands goes for N10,000 and private parts are sold at N30,000.

The suspects were arrested by officers of Special Anti-Robbery squad of the Ibadan state command in Akanran and other areas of Kajola in Osun state.

One of the suspects Agboola Kabirudeen, who blamed his indulgence on poverty and inability to pay his children’s school fees, disclosed that he had so far sold four heads of his deceased siblings to a herbalist, who in turn sold to some persons they identified simply as ‘Alfa Sulimon’.

Their arrest, according to the Command’s spokesperson, followed a tip-off from the officer-in-charge of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, Ibadan, Ona-Ara, North East that one of the suspects, James Adewale, was at the verge of selling a human hand for N21,000.
