Sexual Abuse: Lady Apologises For Falsely Accusing Nigerian Man For Sexual Abuse, After Lawsuit Threat

A Nigerian lady identified as Oluwabukumni has tendered an apology to renowned Nigerian Socialite, Mr. Japhet Omojuwa for Falsely Accusing him of being a rapist and sexual predator.

The lady had before the apology shared a tweet where she accused Mr. Omojuwa of being a sexual predator, and claiming her source was a voice note sent to her.

She wrote:

“I just got a VN from a friend on WhatsApp. Apparently, Omojuwa is also in the same WhatsApp group with these men

“Which of you have never abused/raped women or been a sexual predator ffs?!”

Barely an hour after she posted the tweet, she was hit with a response and a threatened with a lawsuit.

On getting the response, she apologised and admitted she had no right to call him a sexual predator and that her was “unjustified” and “unsubstantiated”
