Twelve patients undergoing treatment for coronavirus at the Lagos State isolation centres have been discharged.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu made this known on his verified Facebook page on Thursday.

He said that a Ukrainian was part of the 12 people that have tested negative twice and discharged.

Oyogist reports that with the 12 discharged patients, Lagos has recorded no fewer than 199 recoveries.

Sanwo-Olu said, “12 more persons; nine males and three females including a foreign national – a Ukrainian – have been discharged from our Isolation facilities to reunite with the society.
