According to the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC), the latest report on the confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria now sits at 135 cases with 2 deaths recorded, OYOGist.com reports.
From the new report that was released by the NCDC by 11:15 am on Tuesday, 31st of March, 2020, there were four new cases, with 3 in Osun and 1 in Ogun.
The was a new death reported on Monday 30th of March. The identity of the dead person is yet to be confirmed by the NCDC.
Recall that the Federal Government had announced a total ban on movements in Lagos, Ogun and the FCT for the next 14 days, which took effect on Monday night at 11 PM.
“Four new cases of #COVID19 have been reported in Nigeria; 3 in Osun and 1 in Ogun As at 11:15 am 31st March there are 135 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria with 2 deaths,” NCDC reports.
According to the NCDC, the current breakdown of cases in each state as of 11:15 am 31st of March, are as follows:

Oyo- 8
Edo- 2
