Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State set to Announce Shut Down of Activities in The State

OYOGist.com has learned that Dr. Samuel Ortom, the executive governor of Benue state is expected to make the big announcement to the good people of Benue state on the shutting down markets in order to control the spread of the “COVID 19” virus Which means those who sell in the market will also have to go on break for a while.

The Benue state government is also set to shut down religious places of worship, and transport agencies in order to help fight the covid-19 virus which has indeed raised global concerns. Mean while, schools has already been shut down.

While some are still speculating, sources revealed that the governor, in compliance with the federal government orders has decided to self isolate himself for a while and and as such expects those he is leading to also take safety measures in order to control the spread of this virus.

The good people of Benue State are dear to his Excellency and he would anything possible to ensure their Safety. While many are still waiting for the announcements to be made, some have gone a head to express their pains by stating that places of worship shouldn’t be shut down as that is where people get their healing.
