Kidnappers Releases Two Daughters Of Ibadan School Proprietor

OYOGist.com has learned that two (2) daughters of a Director of Sports in the Old Western State and proprietor of Subuola Nursery and Primary School in Ibadan, Chief Emiola Adesina have regained their freedom.

The duo of Omobola Adepoju and Abiola Olukotun who are daughters of Chief Emiola were kidnapped along the Ife-Ibadan Expressway in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital on Monday.

A former Permanent Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Communication, Professor Tunji Olaopa, broke the news on Tuesday.

Olaopa, who is a family friend of the kidnapped victims said that the abductors demanded the sum of N100m as ransom.

The duo were later released on Wednesday, though it was not clear if the ransom was paid before they were released and the amount paid to the kidnappers.
