Oyogist.com has learned that the Central Bank of Nigeria have refuted claims by Edo State Governor that the Federal Government printed N50-N60 billion last month to cushion its financial trouble.
“When we got FAAC for March, the federal government printed additional N50-N60 billion to top-up for us to share,” A statement from obaseki read in part.

owever, the spokesperson of CBN, Osita Nwanisobi, told newsmen that he was not aware of any money printed.“I am not aware of that (N60bn printed by the government,” Nwanisobi said.
