The Europa League semi-finals are set to kick-off this coming Sunday.
Manchester United would book their spot in the last four with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Danish outfit, Copenhagen.
The Red Devils were taken to extra time in said tie with a Bruno Fernandes penalty, won by Anthony Martial, eventually deciding the match.
Sevilla boss praises Man United
As already mentioned, Sevilla have a superb record in this competition and have actually won it more times than any other side in history (5).
Despite his sides pedigree in the competition, though, Julen Lopetegui isn’t taking Man United lightly and even went as far as to name them the biggest team in the world:
“We are going to play against Manchester United in the next match – they’re the biggest team in the world but we’re going to be prepared for them.
“We’re focused on the next game, against a top, historic side, one of the best in the history of the sport who are in great form.
“We will give our best as we always do. To play against them will be really tough, but we’ll go into it believing we can beat them.”
