Popular Nigerian activist, Comrade Deji Adeyanju has condemned the rate at which politicians are presently declaring interest in contesting for presidency in 2023.
Deji who made this known on his official Twitter handle wrote:
‘It is super Embarrassing That every Tom, Dick and Harry Wants to be Nigerian President.
Recall the Ruling People’s Democratic Party had previously disclosed that it emassed over 200 Billion for sale of its Presidential/ Governorship Interest form.
The party also extended deadline for the sale of its Expression of Interest and Nomination forms for aspirants seeking elective positions in the 2023 general election from May 6 to May 10.
