Oyogist has learned that at least 85 people, including 75 civilians and 13 US soilders have been confirmed dead in the two explosions outside Kabul airport, a hospital source and a Taliban official in the Afghan capital say.
The recent attack marks the worst single-day loss for American troops in Afghanistan since the August 2011 attack on a Chinook helicopter that killed 30 service members.

Thursday’s attack was claimed by ISIL (ISIS) offshoot in Afghanistan, The Islamic State in Khorasan Province, ISKP (ISIS-K), which said its suicide bombers singled out “translators and collaborators with the American army”.
