Not less than 400 people have been evacuated from hotels, campsites and homes across an Italian seaside resort due to Raging wildfire spreading across the area, Oyogist reports.
Also, in Campomarino Lodi, a city in the Italian region of Molise ifficials deployed firefighters and a helicopter to battle the blaze, with photos showing smoke billowing high into the sky as helpless locals watched on.
Meanwhile Devastating forest fires have been raging for days in southern Italy.
For several of the fires, arson is suspected behind them, according to emergency services. A scorching heatwave is forecast in the coming days, which could increase the danger of more wildfires breaking out.
