Oyogist.com has learnt that the Lagos State Judicial Panel of Inquiry investigating the alleged shooting of #EndSARS protesters by soldiers at the Lekki tollgate is yet to receive results of the forensic examination from experts hired to examine the incident scene.
The panel chairman, Justice Doris Okuwobi (retd.), made this known while rejecting the offer by the Lekki Concession Company, to repossess the tollgate which has been shut down since the protest.
The panel chairman further said that: “It behoves the panel to await the (forensic) report before taking further steps with regard to the application of the LCC for repossession of the Lekki Toll Plaza.”
