According to report reaching oyogist.com, the Federal Government has postponed the proposed date for resumption of schools indefinitely.
Minister of Education, Malam Adamu Adamu, told reporters in Abuja the Presidential Task Force on COVID – 19 will review the date.
Most states have fixed January 18 for the resumption of schools in line with the PTF directive.
The Minister said: “The issue of January 18 for school resumption is subject to review. Even at our PTF meeting today we discussed it in line with the rising cases in the country. So we are subject to review the date.”
