According to report reaching oyogist.com, popular Nigerian Afro Pop star, Ayodeji Balogun also known as ‘Wizkid’ has been nominated for the 63rd Grammy Awards ‘Best Music Video’ category.
This is coming weeks after speculations arose over the exclusion of Wizkid and Blue Ivy, from Beyonce’s nominated ‘Brown Skin Girl’ music video despite being a featured artiste.
Wizkid and Blue Ivy have now been officially confirmed as a Grammy Award nominees following the correction which was displayed on the Academy’s Grammy website making it the first Grammy nomination of the Nigerian Afro sensation.
