According to Reports reaching Oyogist.com, a federal high Court in Pennsylvania has dismissed President Trump’s Campaign lawsuit appeal to invalidate millions of mail-in votes.
The US District Judge Matthew Brann said the Trump campaign had presented “strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations … unsupported by evidence.”
Meanwhile President Elect, Joe Biden has criticised Trump’s transition delays and refusal to accept the presidential election result.
Oyogist.com also learnt that although Joe Biden has been confirmed as the US President Elect, the General Services Administration of the US has not yet acknowledged his victory.
