Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solksjear spoke to the media this afternoon at exactly 2 pm ahead of their second group stage Champions League game against Bundesliga leaders RB Leipzig, oyogist.com reports.
The inform German side holds a perfect record as they haven’t lost any game this season. They were last season semifinalists in the competition and will look to replicate the same form as they arrive at Old Trafford on Wednesday.

The Scotland international was one of the standout performers against Paris Saint Germain as he helped United stifle PSG’s attackers such as Neymar and Mbappe.
Traditionally, any player who features in the manager’s press conference before a Champions League game will be in the lineup on match day.
The first question to Ole was about building on PSG win.
“We look at every single game as a chance to get three points and in the group stage of four teams, you’d think 10 points will get you through. To get to 19 points as quick as we can is our aim.” Ole said.
Ole also spoke about RB Leipzig’s form at the moment.
“They have improved every season. They’re doing well and now going for the trophies. They have a young and interesting coach who is interesting to watch. They’re interesting to follow at the moment.”
Ole Gunnar Solksjear also spoke about the importance of rotating the squad due to the number of matches per week. Manchester United plays a game every 3 days and needs a huge squad to be able to address fitness issues and injury concerns.
Ole added that everyone will get their chance to play including Donny Van de Beek, Pogba, and Matic who have been on the bench in recent matches.

Ole was asked about RB Leipzig’s threat and what he expects.
“Of course we’ve followed Leipzig the last few years especially in Europe. I know Negelsman, he is very adaptable and plays high tempo, high-pressure football. They can play different ways but our focus is to give them problems as well as solve the ones they present to us,” Ole said.
Ole also spoke about the hot topic of the moment; Donny Van de Beek’s absence from the starting line up. He emphasized that Donny’s presence proves United have depth in the squad. He also added that Donny is part of his plans and will play lots of games.
