Reports reaching Oyogist.com shows that many policemen who conduct stop and search duties on Nigerian roads were absent from their duty posts in Lagos over fears of possible attack by ENDSARS protesters.
Some abandoned areas including the Mile 2-Badagry expressway was spotted without the presence of any single police personnel, while the LASU/Igando road suffered the same fate.
Oyogist.com further learnt that most of the policemen on the Mile 2-Badagry road were a little sceptical of being posted to the road.
Lagos has had series of violent protest by ENDSARS protesters for the past few days.
