The party said that his name which is AUDU ABUDU GANIYU presented a voter’s card which bears the name AUDU ABDUL GANIYU.

ADP also said that the APC governorship running also submitted WASSCE/GCE certificate which bears AUDU AHUDU GANEYU to the INEC.

ADP again, accuse the Deputy Governorship candidate of Presenting an APC membership card that bears another name entirely different from the above. It said that he presented a membership card which bears the name AUDU GANI.

The party requested the court check those certificates and as a matter of fact, declare that the Deputy Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC has submitted Forged certificate to INEC.

It said, this, according to section 182(1)(j) of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 as Amended, is an act of violation.
